Keeping your property secure after a disaster is important. Our board-up services can secure your property in a timely manner in case your property is exposed to the elements and/or trespassers.

 

 

Carpet Cleaning

We use our truck mounted Hydramaster 427 hot water extraction unit for cleaning. All carpets are pre-sprayed and have a rinse solution.

We can clean many household contents through our innovative processes and restoration partners.

 

 

Dry Ice Blasting

Dry ice blasting is our preferred method of abrasive cleaning for fire and mold remediation on structural components.  This method leaves no chemical residue on your belongings.

Soot from a fire or smoke damage can be very acidic in nature and have an adverse effect on circuitry.

 

 

Hardwood Floor Drying

Water damaged floors can be dried to avoid replacement, in some situations. We use an Injecti-Dry Hardwood floor drying system.

We are State of Maryland certified mold remediators. Mold remediation should only be performed by a State of Maryland ACAC certified mold remediator.

 

 

Oriental Rugs

This service may be performed by one of our restoration partners, pending our current volume of rugs to be cleaned.

Ozone is activated oxygen. We use a third molecule of oxygen to deodorize structures, mainly after fire damages.  It may also be used for other odors, such as, pet, cigarette, and mold.

Structural drying is a science.  It should be performed by a certified water mitigation company with the proper training and tools (e.g. moisture meters, fans and dehumidifiers). ​

 

 

Textile Dry Cleaning

In a residential loss, cleaning of the textiles is very important.  Our restoration partner, Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network, will professionally clean your textiles and document any unsalvageable items for your insurance claim.

 

 

​Thermal Dry Fogging

In some cases, the thermal dry fogging processes is used to remove smoke odors.  The building must be unoccupied for approximately 6 hours for this deodorization process.

 

 

​​Ultrasonic Cleaning

Using our Morantz ultrasonic cleaning equipment we can clean everything from medical equipment, power tools, silk flowers, and kitchen appliances.  This method using ultrasound and an appropriate cleaning solvent to restore items.

 

 

​Upholstery Cleaning

Most fabric upholstery can be cleaned through hot water extraction.  All fabrics are tested for clean-ability.  Dry cleaning is available for those items that require dry cleaning only.
